CRNNS’ online Mentor Match Program™ is a unique mechanism for registered nurses to enhance their own practice, as a “mentee”, or that of their colleagues as a “mentor.” Mentoring relationships can support the professional and career development of nurses, and promote a culture of evidence-based practice. And, in recent years, mentoring has gained significant attention within the nursing profession.
