There are three methods by which you can apply to obtain a licence. Please choose the method that applies to your situation. (Note: The College’s registration/licensure year is November 1 to October 31.)
I. To Renew an Active-Practising Licence
If you hold a current active-practising licence with the College, you can apply to renew your licence

II. To Apply for or Renew Non-Practising Status
You can apply for or renew your non-practising status

III. To Reactivate an Active-Practising Licence
If you once held an active-practising licence with the College, but do not hold a current licence to practise in Nova Scotia, you can reactivate your licence with the College.
IV. To Apply for an Initial Active-Practising Licence
If you have never held an active-practising licence with the College, you can apply online.
